Adventures in Wonder Trading, Part Two

Well, there’s no harm in going back for a round two of Wonder Trading is there, right? I had a few more Rotom to get rid of, and then it was dumping my Froakie collection I’ve been breeding, looking for a perfect Hidden Ability one.

N.b all of these were carried out between 10am-1pm GMT on 24/03/17.

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Zubat (Lv. 11) -> Stunfisk (Lv. 1) -> Buneary (Lv. 1) -> Goomy (Lv. 1) -> Pikipek (Lv. 3) -> Pikipek (Lv. 1) -> Slowpoke (Lv. 6) -> Staryu (Lv. 22) -> Shellder (Lv. 1) -> Rufflet (Lv. 13) -> Happiny (Lv. 1)                                                                                      Those took a while, but finally have something which I needed for Pokédex completion.
  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Wingull (Lv. 24) -> Mimikyu (Lv. 1) -> Mudbray (Lv. 11) -> Drapion (Lv. 60) -> Emolga (Lv. 1)

Ah, nice, I also needed Emolga for my Pokédex, I’m getting there slowly!

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Magikarp (Lv. 15) -> Froakie (Lv. 1)

Back to collecting Starter Pokémon again, it seems…

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Sigilyph (Lv. 1) -> Rattata (Lv. 3) -> Magnemite (Lv. 7) -> Rhyhorn (Lv. 1)

Well, Rhyhorn’s a bit different. Even if I can get one through Island Scan…

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Feebas (Lv. 1) -> Wingull (Lv. 51) -> Inkay (Lv. 1) -> Mareep (Lv. 14) -> Bonsly (Lv. 1)

Ah, another I didn’t have in the ‘Dex. This is turning out well for my Pokédex so far.

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Togedamaru (Lv. 1) -> Gastly (Lv. 1) -> Klefki (Lv. 34) -> Salandit (Lv. 44) -> Litten (Lv. 1) -> Wingull (Lv. 12) -> Buneary (Lv. 11) -> Barboach (Lv. 21) -> Littleleo (Lv. 1) -> Pikipek (Lv. 52) -> Corsola (Lv. 18) -> Tangela (Lv. 1)

Yeah, that’s decent, something which isn’t available in Gen VII.

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Cutiefly (Lv. 12) -> Magikarp (Lv. 1) -> Honedge (Lv. 1) -> Crabrawler (Lv. 18) -> Lycanroc (Lv. 44) -> Wingull (Lv. 6) -> Rattata (Lv. 2) -> Buneary (Lv. 6) -> Jangmo-o (Lv. 1)

It’s got a bit of a rubbish Nature (Modest), but it’ll go towards my ‘living’ Pokédex.

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Pikipek (Lv. 9) -> Slowpoke (Lv. 12) -> Popplio (Lv. 1)

Another one for that collection…

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Buneary (Lv. 2) -> Dewpider (Lv. 17) -> Omanyte (Lv.1)

Interesting Breedject which I can use in the future.

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Gastly (Lv. 1) -> Popplio (Lv. 1)

And it’s another starter!

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Wingull (Lv. 19) -> Snivy (Lv. 1)

Well, that made for a nice change in the growing supply of starter Pokémon that I have.

  1. Rotom (Lv. 1) -> Mimikyu (Lv. 1) -> Cubone (Lv. 1) -> Magnemite (Lv. 31) -> Eevee (Lv. 1) -> Rufflet (Lv. 10) -> Butterfree (Lv. 17) -> Teddiursa (Lv. 1)

Something not available in Gen VII, so may as well keep it.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Rowlet (Lv. 1)

Ah, it’s a Hidden Ability Rowlet.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Magikarp (Lv.1) -> Geodude (Lv. 1) -> Flaaffy (Lv. 26) -> Hawlucha (Lv. 9) -> Axew (Lv. 1) -> Grubbin (Lv. 3) -> Wingull (Lv. 8) -> Magikarp (Lv. 1) -> Magikarp (Lv. 1) -> Swinub (Lv. 1) -> Smeargle (Lv. 1) -> Absol (Lv. 33) -> Bonsly (Lv. 14) -> Popplio (Lv. 1)

Although the Geodude did have its Hidden Ability, I wasn’t too interested in having it. Third Popplio of the day…

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Hawlucha (Lv. 9) -> Tentacruel (Lv. 32) -> Psyduck (Lv. 26) -> Honedge (Lv. 1) -> Eevee (Lv. 1) -> Totodile (Lv. 1)

Ah, it’s a decent Totodile, with the Hidden Ability, Adamant Nature, and decent IVs. Nice.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Abra (Lv. 7) -> Wingull (Lv. 7) -> Frillish (Lv. 1)

Another Pokédex entry I needed. I was slacking more than I thought with catching Pokémon.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Abra (Lv. 1) -> Gible (Lv. 1) -> Mudbray (Lv. 13) -> Ralts (Lv. 1) -> Wishiwashi (Lv. 17) -> Abra (Lv. 8) -> Honedge (Lv. 1) -> Snivy (Lv. 1)

Hmm, okay, another Snivy, fair enough. And it’s a Hidden Ability, nice.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Exeggutor (Lv. 40) -> Finneon (Lv. 18) -> Grimer (Lv. 1) -> Oricorio (Lv. 56) -> Wingull (Lv. 1) -> Happiny (Lv. 1) -> Pichu (Lv. 1) -> Charmander (Lv. 1)

That’s a pretty decent Charmander, I’m happy with that.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Grubbin (Lv. 3) -> Magikarp (Lv. 49) -> Lillipup (Lv. 1) -> Fomantis (Lv. 18) -> Fletchinder (Lv. 18) -> Noibat (Lv. 18) -> Taillow (Lv. 1) -> Regirock (Lv. 60)

Okay… that was unexpected.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Butterfree (Lv. 16) -> Gyarados (Lv. 25) -> Crabrawler (Lv. 12) -> Magikarp (Lv. 1) -> Carvanha (Lv. 1)

It’s a Hidden Ability ‘Mon, so shall go into my collection of those.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Swablu (Lv. 1) -> Mimikyu (Lv. 1) -> Shinx (Lv. 1) -> Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Makuhita (Lv. 10) -> Grubbin (Lv. 3) -> Swinbu (Lv. 1) -> Diglett (Lv. 10) -> Dedenne (Lv. 1)

Another one needed for the Pokédex…

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Munchlax (Lv. 1) -> Charmander (Lv. 1)

Oh, that’s ironic, considering I’ve just dropped a Charmander off in the GTS.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Grubbin (Lv. 17) -> Hawlucha (Lv. 8) -> Gligar (Lv. 38) -> Yungoos (Lv. 7) -> Magikarp (Lv. 1) -> Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Scyther (Lv. 1) -> Snorunt (Lv. 30) -> Lilligant (Lv. 15)

Another one for the ‘Dex…

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Magikarp (Lv. 1) -> Absol (Lv. 42) -> Gastly (Lv. 1) -> Drampa (Lv. 1)

Hmm, interesting from that, Drampa seem to go well on the GTS, so keeping it for that.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Gastly (Lv. 1) -> Abra (Lv. 1) -> Hippopotas (Lv. 1) -> Gastly (Lv. 9) -> Shellder (Lv. 1) -> Golbat (Lv. 47) -> Cubone (Lv. 1) -> Hippopotas (Lv. 1) -> Diglett (Lv. 9) -> Lillipup (Lv. 12) -> Marshadow (Lv. 100)

… It’s got to be hacked, or at least cloned, but yeah, that’s very nice. Saves having to try and track down the Mythical later.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Pikipek (Lv. 12) -> Mimikyu (Lv. 1) -> Charmander (Lv. 1)

So Charmander are apparently popular today, hah.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Litten (Lv. 1)

Back on a Starter Pokémon trend at the moment, it seems.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Popplio )Lv. 1)

I think Wonder Trade can hear me typing… And near perfect IVs as well!

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Pikipek (Lv. 4) -> Rattata (Lv. 2) -> Ekans (Lv. 10) -> Fennekin (Lv. 1)

Hidden Ability and near perfect IVs again, bit of a catch.

  1. Froakie (Lv. 1) -> Abosl (Lv. 1) -> Charmander (Lv. 1)

And another!

So what have I learnt? It’s easy to end up with a Charmander army, I guess?
